These ladies are so knowledgeable in the newest and most advanced trends. They can truly do anything you can think of. They also have a tanning salon downstairs and will open up a women's clothing boutique soon.
I'm leaving this review not because of a terrible haircut, but because of the inconceivable rudeness of the woman there today. First of all, your hours on here clearly state that you are open til 6pm on Saturdays. I understand that schedules can change and it won't always be open til 6pm. However, when you literally have someone inside with the doors locked and someone comes to that door, the polite thing to do would be to explain to them that you are not taking anymore clients. My husband, who works 6 days a week and never knows when he'll get a chance to get a haircut, patiently waited to ask the woman inside if there was any way he could get his hair cut today or even tomorrow. She walked outside, locked the door behind her, brushed past him and when my husband simply asked "can you see anyone else today?", she IGNORED him, GIGGLED and got into her car and left. Seriously?!? What the h*ll was that?? Funny thing is, he would've paid good as well as tipped you good for the trouble and time you would've taken to help him out (which would've been literally, no more than 15 mins). Ironic that the name of your salon is Karma. May she find whoever this woman was and repay the favor she showed to my husband today. (10-21-17)
